I've never received the Steam Hardware Survey before, I'm fairly certain Valve won't be learning anything new from this one lol : r/Steam

The new Per-Game Performance Profiles are awesome, but it seems they only really work for games installed via Steam. All Non-Steam games seem to get lumped into a single blank shared profile.
